As we mentioned last episode making sense of how pain is interpreted & processed can be a great ally for your running career, being oblivious could be detrimental! Chronic pain for runners is extremely debilitating. Injuries that go beyond 6 months can be difficult to overcome but after 6 months most (if not all) of the bodies structures have healed.
